My Favourite Green Smoothie Recipe (to date)


Just made this… like 5 minutes ago, I’m sipping it for my breakfast.. its absolutely refreshing and tasty!!

I DARE you to try this without getting ADDICTED.. LOL

1 Ripened Banana

1 Ripened mango sliced or chopped

6-8 mid sized strawberries

2 tablespoons of mixed chia and flax seeds,

500 mls of water, 200 mls of Guava juice

Healthy handful of spinach and 1-2 handfuls of kale.

Blend. Enjoy.. makes approx 3-4 servings (glasses)
