Well Pumpkin seeds, as benign as they might appear, are quite a “superfood” if I may.. in that they serve a multitude of purposes as munchies but also for nutritional health and overall well being read more for its useful applications…
Factoid: a one cup serving (64 grams) of pumpkin seeds has 44% daily value (DV) of zinc, 22% of copper, 42% magnesium, 16% manganese, 17% potassium, and enough iron (17% DV) to improve iron-deficiency associated anemia. University of Maryland mentions that Pumpkin seeds can be used in conjunction with other seeds herbs and spices as an anti-parasite.. here is what they have to say about nutrition and supplements…

Pumpkin Seeds can be eaten casually, or used to garnish foods with, but also, they can be used as ammo to naturally kill off parasites and or worms, in dogs and humans read more here…..and here for the hardcore skeptics LOL..
So I will say, last night, I went out and bought some with my girlfriend, we both got bags of seeds, I ate roughly half the 200 gram mark, so almost 2 cups worth.. I awoke this morning @ 330 am to do my oral cleanse with Coconut oil + sea salt rinse +brushing, followed by a hot glass of water with sodium bicarbonate to drink, an hour’s wait and then my green shake which consisted of, kale, spinach, 1 whole lime + seeds,tiny bit of lychee juice, 1 tbsp maca powder, 2 tsp of baking soda, some water, an orange and a banana…I’ve just napped for an hour and a half to make up for lost sleep this morning, as I felt it important to get up early and start my day, as we were bound to get up early anyway.. feeling great and alive and wanted to share that with you all… I hope some of this nutritional information will serve as an inspiration for others to get well and start eating on the right path… I know I’m starting.
